Amalfi
Land of flavours
Citrus, sea and tradition: the scents of the Coast in Salvatore De Riso's pastry.
Salvatore De Riso's creations carry all the flavour of the Amalfi Coast, with the genuine aromas of a timeless tradition. On the Amalfi Coast everything becomes a symbol: the land rich in citrus fruits, the sea with its incredible shades of blue and green, the charming little beaches, the small islands, the clusters of white, pink and yellow houses around tiny harbours.
It is from the uniqueness of these places that Salvatore De Riso draws inspiration for his "art". A small pearl of this coast is Minori, Salvatore De Riso's hometown. The ancient "Rheginna Minor", with its beautiful Grotte dell'Annunziata, the Basilica and the extraordinary remains of the Roman Villa Marittima, has been a destination for different cultures and civilisations that have left indelible traces over time. — S.
